AppSphere V3.1 第三方声明

AppSphere 为 Liam工坊的免费专有软件；本声明不改变随包 LICENSE.txt。

1. Microsoft .NET / .NET Desktop Runtime
现代版自包含 Microsoft .NET 8 Windows x64 运行时（本包构建使用 8.0.26）。

完整许可证与运行时第三方声明位于 ThirdPartyNotices/dotnet-runtime-*、dotnet-desktop-*。

2. Legacy 托管依赖
Legacy 包依赖 .NET Framework 4.8（未随包分发，须用户自行安装）。
随包托管程序集包括 System.Text.Json、System.Text.Encodings.Web、Microsoft.Bcl.AsyncInterfaces、
System.Buffers、System.Memory、System.Numerics.Vectors、System.Runtime.CompilerServices.Unsafe、
System.Threading.Tasks.Extensions 和 System.ValueTuple。其原始许可随 ThirdPartyNotices 保留。
确切依赖版本见 Legacy 包 ThirdPartyNotices/DEPENDENCIES.json（源码包也保存于 legacy/DEPENDENCIES.json）。

3. pinyin-data
离线拼音字典来自 mozillazg/pinyin-data，MIT License。
完整原始授权、固定来源与字典校验说明：ThirdPartyNotices/pinyin-data-LICENSE.txt、pinyin-data-SOURCE.md。
字典随软件本地分发；搜索不需要在线拼音服务。

4. 图标、界面及商标
AppSphere 品牌资产沿用项目已有图标；运行时使用代码绘制的悬浮球和边缘形态。
Windows 系统接口、Shell 图标，以及用户自行导入应用的名称和图标属于各自权利人。
MyDockFinder、Microsoft、Apple 及其他第三方与 AppSphere 不存在本声明所暗示的隶属或赞助关系。
发布包不附带用户应用列表、第三方应用安装文件或其提取图标缓存。
网站演示图使用真实 AppSphere 控件及通用演示数据，非用户桌面实拍。
